Who are we

We focus exclusively on specialists, executives and operative staff in sales and marketing for companies working related to advertising, media and public relations.

Mediabemanning is founded and owned by Henrik Sandberg and partner Ole A. Janzso. Both are marketing and sales professionals with a total of over 15 years experience from recruiting in the Norwegian and Scandinavian media branch.

Our clients are amongst the most profiled media-related companies in Norway. During the last year, we have worked for McCann Worldgroup, Omnicom Media Group, Aegis, Schibsted, JCDecaux, SBS/Pro Sieben Sat1 amongst others.  

Since 2001 we have built our company in this niche, we have established a database of over 10 000 professionals, and are presented with our company website that is visited by app. 10.000 unique visitors every month. In addition we are using newsmail, Twitter LinkedIn and Facebook actively in our communication.  

Mediabemanning also publishes an annual salary and career report that is presented to our clients. The report is often referred to by the media.  

This position makes it possible for Mediabemanning to deliver relevant candidates, competent advice and a swift and professional process to our clients.  

We use state of the art tools to structure and document the process and tailor each process to fit the needs of our clients. We are certified users of personality and capacity tests.
